Ross Seider is an entrepreneur and senior high technology executive. He is the Founder and Senior Partner at On-Fire Associates, a management consulting firm focusing on product development operations and strategies.

Previous position include Vice President Development and Network Operations, Vice President and General Manager of the Transmission Products Business Unit at Motorola, co-founder of Concord Communications and VP Engineering and Co-fonder, Concord Data Systems.

Seider holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Northeastern University.
