Offers insurance claims professionals, auto body technicians, and others an opportunity to prepare for the Automobile Damage Appraisal License Examination administered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A Certificate of Completion and five Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are awarded to each participant upon successful completion.
