Enrollment Coach Bios

Our skilled Enrollment Coaches are here to help you choose a program and navigate the application process. Based on your learning style, credit load, and time commitment, they will work with you to select the degree program that best fits your goals. They will explain the admissions process, including financial aid, payment plans, and scholarships. They can also help you schedule deadlines, register for classes, and answer any questions as you begin your journey as a student at the College of Professional Studies.

Meg works with our students in the Doctorate in Law and Policy (LP.D.) program.

“One of the main reasons I enjoy working with the graduate student population is because I am able to help not only further their education, but also help point them in the right direction for their current or future career goals.”

Outside of work, Meg enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and has completed her Master of Education with a focus in Higher Education Administration at the College.

Christine specializes in our Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) programs with concentrations in Educational Leadership, Higher Education AdministrationJewish Education Leadership, and Organizational Leadership and Communication.

"Working with students is a very rewarding experience; especially being that first person they meet to discuss their dreams and goals. I have the opportunity to change students' lives every day, because I am helping each student embark on a journey that will enhance their future."

Outside of work, Christine enjoys music, writing, and traveling, and she volunteers extensively in her community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and has just completed our Master of Education with a focus in Higher Education Administration.

Diane works with graduate students across a variety of master’s and certificate programs.

“I am proud to work with prospective students while they are in the process of making the huge decision to further their education. I enjoy learning about what has inspired these students to pursue graduate studies.”

She enjoys running, reading, watching college basketball and the New England Patriots, and spending time with her family and friends. Diane received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of New Hampshire and will complete her Master of Education at the College in the spring.

Nate works with students in Health Management, Information Technology, Leadership, Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Organizational Communication, and the Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Nate loves to travel, attend sporting events, experience new cities and restaurants, and tries to spend as much time outside as possible. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is pursuing a Master of Education with a focus in Higher Education Administration at the College.

Caroline works with our undergraduate students across all programs.

"Our students come from an amazing range of backgrounds. The fascinating experiences of our students motivate me to help them fulfill their academic goals. I am constantly impressed with the ambition, dedication and perseverance I observe within the student population that I work with."

In her free time, Caroline enjoys listening to and writing about music, playing tennis, and enjoying her summers on the beaches of Cape Ann with her friends and family. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Providence College and looks forward to beginning her master's degree at Northeastern this coming winter.

Ricky works with students who are interested in pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice Leadership, Sports Leadership, Leadership, and Project Management. He also specializes in a variety of certificate programs.

Outside of work, Ricky enjoys rooting on his favorite hometown teams, golfing, and skiing. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Writing and Mass Communication from Assumption College. He is looking forward to beginning his master’s degree at Northeastern this coming winter.

Jessica works with our graduate students, specifically in the areas of Regulatory Affairs, Technical Communication, and Global Studies and International Affairs.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends and family. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bucknell University and will begin her master's degree at Northeastern this coming winter.

Julia works with students who wish to enroll in our master’s or graduate certificate programs.

“It is very fulfilling to take our students one step closer to their goals by guiding them through their enrollment process. Our students' passion, drive, and determination are truly inspiring.”

In her spare time, Julia writes music and performs. She enjoys salsa dancing, traveling, volunteering, and teaching music. Julia received her Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music and looks forward to beginning her master’s degree at Northeastern University.

Michelle works with undergraduate students across a variety of bachelor’s and undergraduate certificate programs.

“I admire our students’ commitment to their education, as they are oftentimes pursuing a degree while working full-time and raising families. Their dedication makes what I do every day rewarding.”

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading, yoga, dancing, and spending time with her family. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Leadership from the College of Professional Studies.

Linda specializes in our School of Education programs.

“It is always inspiring to work with students who are passionate about furthering their education. I enjoy being a part of the academic process in assisting students with the resources to fulfill their academic interests and needs.”

Outside of work, Linda enjoys traveling, bikram yoga, and learning how to cook. She received her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Michigan State University and looks forward to pursuing her master’s degree at Northeastern.
