New Student Orientation

Congratulations on becoming an integral member of the College of Professional Studies community. Near the beginning of the fall and spring terms, the Office of Academic Advising invites new students to attend an orientation session at the Boston campus. Winter and Summer Orientation is only available in the online format.

Doctor of Education and Doctorate in Law and Policy students have a separate orientation program. A representative will contact these students individually. 

Graduate Programs in Education have a separate orientation. To request access select this link. Please email eddadviser@neu.edu if you have issues requesting access. You will not be able to use your Husky email address to log in, but any other email address (for example, a Gmail or Yahoo account) will be sufficient. 


Fall 2015 New Student Orientation - Online

Whether taking classes online or face-to-face, all new students for Fall 2015 are expected to complete the online orientation. These students will receive an invitation email and will be provided access to the online orientation starting Monday, August 17, 2015. If you are admitted after August 17, please allow two to three business days to receive your "access-granted" email.

TIME: International Students: 4:15 PM - 8:00 PM; Domestic Students: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Parking
If you need a parking permit for the event, please download and print out this pass for Columbus Garage at 795 Columbus Avenue.
