Combining the content of RE 4301 and RE 4302 Real Estate Fundamentals 1 and 2, this course provides an introduction to the basic principles and terminology of real estate business practices. Students examine the practices of real estate brokerage, including real estate appraisal, finance, development, management, and investment. Upon successful completion, students may take the Massachusetts broker's or salesperson's examination. |
