Organizational effectiveness is contingent upon the effectiveness of both the subgroups and teams within the organization as well the overall culture of the organization. This course examines the varying personalities, capacities, agendas, and cultural factors that interact with each other and impact the overall performance of an organization. Participants will be expected to learn how to assess team dynamics and diagnose an organization’s culture. This course will use a pragmatic case-study approach. |
