Description Accompanies CHM 2110. Introduces basic laboratory techniques, such as distillation, crystallization, extraction, chromatography, characterization by physical methods, and measurement of optical rotation, which serve as the foundation for the synthesis, purification, and characterization of products from microscale syntheses.
