Description Examines the fundamental responsibilities of managing and allocating resources to build an effective communication function, including return-on-investment methodology, negotiation skills, and budgeting. Offers students an opportunity to explore the pros and cons of outsourcing versus internal capacity development and the best practices in managing external agency resources.
