Description Focuses on the many challenges presented by today’s dynamic environment and examines change processes as they relate to various organizational settings. Emphasizes the usefulness of theory and research, in addition to management and leadership practice techniques, that facilitate effective change and transformation efforts. Underscores the planning process as it relates to institutional change and transformation. Offers students an opportunity to analyze both empirical research and case studies and to use theoretical research to examine real-world examples of change and transformation.
