Description Examines the issues of immigration and labor in relation to globalization. Covers the changing role of blue- and white-collar labor in the global world and the impact of these changes on perceptions of work and labor. Explores outsourcing, offshoring, immigrant communities, citizenship, activism, and immigration in their global and historical contexts.
