Description Human resources management helps drive business performance by delivering competitive advantage through people. This requires a solid grasp of human resources analytics: the systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of data designed to improve decisions about talent and the organization as a whole. This course examines the characteristics of high-quality data, key workforce metrics, and includes an introduction to common analysis techniques.
