Description Research demonstrates that high levels of employee engagement contribute to high levels of productivity and innovation, as well as low turnover. This course explores the cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions of employee engagement in supporting organizational performance. Topics include the different dimensions of engagement, the design and interpretation of surveys, trust and transparency, diversity and inclusion, and best practices in employee engagement in a range of sectors.
