Description Examines American history from the start of Reconstruction up to the present. Analyzes history from social, cultural, and political perspectives and examines key moments and turning points in U.S. history. Explores the important role played by religious, ethnic, racial, and cultural differences in shaping the continuing evolution of the United States.
