Information Technology Project Management

ITC 6035 3 Quarter Hours
Course Level CPS - Graduate
Description Covers the tools and techniques used to manage information technology (IT) projects. Topics include project planning, scheduling, and budgeting; project management tools (i.e., PERT/CPM/GANTT); and human resources management. Discusses all phases of IT projects from proposal writing through postrelease maintenance issues. Offers students an opportunity to plan and develop a project that provides a practical application of the topics covered in class.
