Course Level CPS - Undergraduate Semester
Description Examines U.S. Supreme Court decisions, case studies, and other reading material to analyze the Bill of Rights, the 14th Amendment, and key U.S. laws. Analyzes the relationship of these rights and liberties to a liberal democratic society and discusses the challenges posed to these rights and liberties due to current issues and events.
