Description Studies the core leadership and management qualities and approaches necessary to engage intelligence users; to develop, manage, and apply the right mix of people, process, and technology; and to measure the value and impact to the intelligence effort. For intelligence to be valuable to policymakers and business executives, it must incorporate a multidisciplinary approach that delivers unique insights. This requires leadership skills to manage the development and implementation of the intelligence process.
