Margaret (Peg) Dougherty, EdD

Margaret (Peg) Dougherty is a faculty member in the Doctor of Education Program. She teaches doctoral courses and serves as a doctoral thesis adviser. Her research interests are curriculum theory, design, development and implementation, data-driven decision-making, educator evaluation, program evaluation, and assessment reforms.

Dr. Dougherty also is a part-time instructor at Bridgewater State University and Curry College.

Previously, Dr. Dougherty served as the assistant superintendent for the Norwood Public Schools; as the assistant superintendent for the Dedham Public Schools; and as the director of curriculum, assessment, and professional development for the Millis Public Schools.
