I am currently an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern focused on Leadership, Business, and Communications. I recently received a Doctorate in Law and Policy after completing my research and thesis in Leadership.
Professionally, I am currently a senior manager at Philips Electronics. I was director of materials, managed purchasing teams and provided consulting services for companies in such diverse markets as high technology electronics, finance, medical instruments, food, automotive diagnostics, semiconductor and industrial equipment. I was fortunate to work with Dr. William Ladd at Ladd Medical and Research. Dr. Ladd was one of the inventors of the electron microscope and worked on the Manhattan project. I have traveled world-wide to Singapore, Europe, South America, and other international locations. I was twice recognized as a key contributor for leadership and vision in companies for which I worked. I taught full time for two years at Northeastern University such courses as Business Strategy, Global Supply Chain Management, Communications, Negotiations, International Business and Organizational Behavior Leadership in the undergraduate program and Effective Leadership and Lean Operations Management for the High Tech MBA program at Northeastern University. I have written articles on purchasing and materials topics, and am a featured lecturer on leadership and global supply.
