About

Thomas, D.Min. Leadership and Ethics… is a husband, father, military chaplain, successful business owner and entrepreneur, who serves as an Instructor/facilitator for Eagle Rock Camp and as a consultant for Military and Chaplaincy with the NC Baptist State Convention. Thomas has been an Adjunct Instructor for Northeastern University since 2012 in the M.S. in Leadership program with the College of Professional Studies.  He lives with his family, Jackie, Caleb, Karis and Zeke in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.

2016- Present- Board Member, Jacob's Ladder

*Advise and provide vision and direction for a startup veteran non-profit

*Assist in adopting/writing curriculum for weekly meetings

*Encourage veteran and civilian participation in meetings and events

 

2014- Present- Instructor/Facilitator, Eaglerock Camp

*Writes curriculum, teaches and advises military families

*Recruits military families for the program

*Raises awareness for families impacted by multiple deployments

 

2012- Present- Adjunct Instructor, Northeastern University

*Teaches leadership in the College of Professional Studies program

*Mentors and advises students on and offline

 

2008- Present- Chaplain/North Carolina Army National Guard

*Serves as commander of the 136th Chaplain Detachment with the 139th Regional Training Center, Fort Bragg NC

*Trains jointly with the 82nd AA Division Chaplains

 

2006- Present- Realtor/Broker-In-Charge

*Serving home buyers, sellers and specializing in military relocation and distressed properties

*Manages/Trains/Recruits for a RE/MAX franchise in the Charlotte NC area
